4th international Scirocco Corrado meeting Belgium 2-3-4 & 5 august 2012

Where: sportcentrum De MIXX, asbroek 1, 2230 Herselt (Belgium)

When: 2-3-4 and 5 august 2012

Who: Everyone with a scirocco mk 1,2,3 or corrado is welcome.

Campingplace: We stay on the sportcentrum De MIXX herselt, where we are allowed to camp. In the

changingrooms are showers we can use.

Food: On friday we serve noodles and on saterday there's a barbecue. This all for 15 euro per person. Privat

barbecueing isn't allowed. Please reservate the diner's at your subscription. A breakfast can be reservated at

arrival.

Drinks: There will be cooled drinks available for 1 euro, during the whole meeting at the heated partytent. Duvel

(special belgium beer) is available for 2 euro.

Partytent: On the campsite will be a 24feet by 24feet partytent. In here you can buy your drinks, and there will

be music played. When the weather is bad, we can eat here. With lot's of subscriptions we can eat and party (when

the waether is bad) at the cantine.

Program:

On friday we will take, at 9:00AM latest, and go to the jenever museum. Later that day we'll go to the brewery where we'll take a tour. Afterwards there

will be a change of tasting such a delightfull beer! The costs of this program are 10 euro . You can only book this program by pre-subscription!

On saterday there will be a tour, guided by bikes, through the countryside of Flanders. During the tour we'll stop

to eat an icecream!

Afterwards the tour there will be games played. The awards will be reached out at the beginning of the evening.

Awards: we have awards for several categories, including best mk1, mk2, mk3 and corrado.

Costs: The costs for this weekend will be 25 euro per car, and 5 euro per passenger by pre-subscription. On place the

costs are 30 euro per car, and 6 euro per passenger. Every pre-subscripted car will be granted a surprise-packege. When

you come only on saterday the costs are 10 euro per car. (please subscribe)

Open: the campplace will be open thursday 2 august 2012 at 10:30AM.

I have been on your first meeting in 2010 and won the price for the farest way to the meeting

It was a nice meeting with lot of attractions

Unfortunately, on 8th of august the birth of my daughter is planned and it can happen that she will born a few days earlier and I don't want to miss it, so ....this time I won't be there, sorry

Hope to meet with you again in Osnabrueck in September.
